Hanann Morris

LMFT (she/her)

My method is one of complete acceptance and validation. I care deeply about each of my clients and will work with you to find solutions to all your challenges, whether it be depression, anxiety, relationship troubles, trauma, you name it. I’m here to help.

I believe every single part of you, even the parts that are depressed, anxious, shaming, etc., all have good intentions. And when these parts feel your compassionate self, they will be able to change their roles to better help you.

I use IFS therapy and I am a secular, LGBT+ allied, sex-positive, depression, trauma, and anxiety therapist. When I’m not doing therapy, I am playing with my dog and getting lost in nature with my best friend and life partner.
