I remember the first time I went to therapy. I was so nervous and unsure about the process. Luckily, I found a therapist who really cared about me and listened intently. I want every one of my clients to feel the same.
My method is one of complete acceptance and validation. I care deeply about each of my clients and will work with you to find solutions to all your challenges, whether it be depression, anxiety, relationship troubles, trauma, you name it. I’m here to help.
My post-modern therapy approach is based on asking questions that facilitate exploration and self-healing. I use IFS, Narrative, and EFT theory. I am an LGBT+ allied, sex-positive, depression, trauma, and anxiety therapist. When I’m not doing therapy, I like getting lost in the forest near my house, creative writing, playing with my puppy, and watching The Office with my best friend and life partner.
